How often will I get my subscription? We ship all boxes on the same day each month.
When will my box ship? Boxes ship on the 22nd of each month via USPS first class mail or first class international mail. If that date falls on a weekend, we ship the following weekday. We picked this date so that your box will arrive on or around the 1st of the following month. We want you to have a full month's worth of greetings to send as soon as the month begins!
When will I be billed? If you are a current member, you will be billed on the 1st of each month. If you are a new member and sign up more than 10 days before the 1st, you'll be enrolled in the current box. If you sign up during or after the 10 day period, you'll receive the next month's subscription. If you missed the window for the current box, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org - we keep a few extra boxes each month and would be happy to update your subscription for you!
Is it only Greeting Cards? Each box it a little different, but they all include 4-6 paper goods, and primarily include greeting cards. We love to share little surprises, so keep an eye open for fun bonus items too!
What's in the box? Each signature box comes with of 4-6 paper goods, including greeting cards. Just like we mention above, there are plenty of additional goodies, that we include as well from stickers to gift tags to magnets and more. Box values are approximately $30+ each month depending on our extra goodies!
What is a gift subscription and how does it work? If you'd love to gift someone a box of #gethappymail then simply click on the gift subscription link! You can manage gift renewal options in your account settings. You can also purchase gift cards from our shop in increments designed to allow the user to purchase 1, 6, or 12 month subscriptions.
Oh no! My box never arrived! What do I do? While we do love snail mail, we totally get that sometimes things happen and boxes don't arrive. We ask that you give your box 2 weeks to arrive from its shipping date. International boxes can take up to 6 weeks due to customs. If after 2 weeks your package still has not arrived, please contact us at email@example.com for a new box.
What if I want a refund? Currently we only offer refunds or exchanges on products that are damaged or defective. Since we have such a thorough screening process here, we don't anticipate you'll need to worry - but if something happens let us know right away!
What if I need to skip a month or cancel my subscription? Well as much as we want you to stay, we totally get that life happens! If you need to skip a month or cancel your subscription, you can do so directly from your customer account. If you have any problems, just drop us an email and we can help you work through it!
What if I just want to buy one box and test it out? You can totally do this! We have the ability to shop past boxes in our store so long as they're in stock - but these come in limited quantities and sell out fast. They're also priced at full retail value. We typically suggest you sign up for your first month and test it out. If you're not satisfied, simply cancel your subscription in your customer account. This ensures you get the full #gethappymail experience.
Where to you ship boxes? Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. If you're unsure of whether or not we ship to your address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your country and we'll respond as soon as possible.
How do international orders ship? Will I have to pay additional fees for international orders? International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. International shipping times vary by destination. It is sort of anyone's guess when an international package will arrive, usually it is within 2 weeks - HOWEVER all countries do things differently in customs and as such a delivery date is not guaranteed. Get Happy Mail is not responsible for additional fees incurred through customs. Should you choose to refuse your package due to additional fees, you will not be refunded. Please check with your local government for more information.
